They Said "Denied"

Sometimes when things don't pan out as planned
It is only human to feel a sense of guilt, pity and ask WHY
Why Me? I did the same thing as expected yet I failed

It is only natural, if you are spiritual to suspect the devil
or better yet maybe you did something wrong, blame yourself.
You must have sinned and that's why God is punishing you

Maybe it is more than the ordinary, some forces must be at play here.
Are you trying to break a jinx
Are you a first-timer in your entire kindred

In retrospect you ask, What could I have done right ?

Truth is, I don't know.

But this is my conviction ;

I am not cursed
I am not bound by any generational limitation
I enjoy God's grace in abundance
I am a child of God

I may have been told "Denied" this time but that doesn't mean God said "denied"
His plans towards me are of good because I trust he's got my back.
